Before becoming an ActionCOACH business coach, I held senior roles in Business Development and Channel Management with global leaders such as Fujitsu and Cable & Wireless, working across the UK and Asia Pacific.

Having spent a decade immersed in world-class training and leadership development in the IT and Telecoms sectors, I saw the transformative impact that structured growth, clear systems, and strong leadership could have on a business. This experience inspired me to bring that same level of excellence to businesses in Ireland.

Relocating to the West of Ireland to work for myself, I chose to partner with ActionCOACH—one of the world’s most respected business coaching organisations.
